I’m a 33yo woman with Multiple Sclerosis. I started smoking when I was 18. Smoking would make my MS go crazy. I quit cigarettes on St. Patrick’s Day (3/17/13) of this year. I chose this day because I will always remember the day I quit the terrible habit of smoking cigarettes. I started with the electronic cig-a-like kit. But, I found out quickly that that kit does not give a very long battery life. I moved up to an Ego battery and have not looked back since!! My sense of smell came back, better breathing, and NO MS related problems since I quit smoking!! Me, my sister, her fiancee, Dad, and niece all quit around the same time. 3 out of the 5 still haven’t had a cigarette since March. My fear is that there will be a ban on e-cigs. I REALLY don’t want to go to smoking cigarettes but, most likely would have to resort to that.
