Being a smoker for 30 something years , was diagnosed with COPD, the shortness of breathe was enough to give me the push to stop smoking but easier said than done tho, I wore the nicotine patch and tried some cheap electronic CIG but to no avail, then I found the ecig and gave it a shot. I am now proud to say I no longer smoke real cigs and I don’t even have to wear a nic patch , the ecig was the best answer for me to stop smoking
