My name is Gary, I am 54 years old and smoked Marlboro for 39 of those years. I smoked two packs a day for many of those years and started making my own for the last year. I told her I would give it a try but not to get to excited because I wasn’t making any promises. I sarted using it that day and smoked very little for three days and have not smoked since. Smoke free for three months now. I use an 18mg juice and hope to gradually reduce it. I am amazed by this. I always thought I would die with a cigarette in my hand.
