I started smoking at the age of 15 and started with just 3-10 sticks a week and up to 2 packs of cigarettes a day. Surely, this has largely affected my respiratory health negatively. Then, I went to ask a friend where to get a vape for my personal use. He taught me a lot of things on vaping and this has led me to shift to vaping daily instead of smoking that is very harmful to my body. It has taken me 6 weeks to shift perfectly to vaping and my breathing has gotten better and better by the day. Today, I don’t have to worry on any cigarettes as I am already used to vaping with my favorite flavors of juices.
