I can’t tell you how good it is to wake up NOT hacking up a lung and actually being able to breathe. When I am vaping, I don’t crave cigarettes at all. I started with 18 mg of nicotine and have since stepped down to 12 mg. I will continue to step down all the way to zero. This is an amazing product all around. My kids are extremely proud of me, which means everything to me. I believe making the choice will give me a lot longer and healthier life with my kids.
