I had been smoking 16 to 20 cigarettes a day for 53yrs, in 2005 at the age of 62yrs I had a heart attack and still was unable to quit so I went to seek help from my doctor who placed me on a ??Champix? program this was working but unfortunately I suffered bad side effects so had to stop the program and in so doing I returned to smoking, I have tried most if not all NRT??s on the market but without success, my breathing and lung capacity had decreased remarkably and of course I was constantly plagued by the dreaded smokers cough. In Nov. 2010 a friend suggested I try using E cigarettes so I ordered my first Ecig. Kit, which arrived three weeks later from the U.S.A. Although I have now moved on in terms of equipment/hardware and also Ejuice I use, I was able to quit smoking the very same day my first kit arrived and have not had the urge to smoke, what I now refer to as ??analogue? cigarettes ever again. These cigarettes are now as foul smelling to me as I know they must be to a non smoker, something I had not experienced in the past and I dislike being in the vicinity of anyone who is smoking. My health has now improved markedly with better lung capacity, no longer being out of breath, I feel healthier than I have felt for many years, I can now breathe deeply without coughing and although it wasn??t apparent at first my taste buds seemed to have changed, as mild flavors that my smoking mate can’t taste are very apparent to me. If this product had been on the N.R.T. list I no doubt would have quit smoking earlier.
