I was a heavy smoker for 20 years before I started vaping. I started out with a vape pen 3 months ago at 12 mgs. I graduated to a mod and have been smoke free for 4 days vaping 6 mgs. I am thankful that my youngest daughter introduced me to vaping. I feel much better than when I was smoking cigarettes.
