About RightToVape.org
Right To Vape is an international database and repository. It contains testimonials of adults who have switched from combustible and unsafe oral tobacco products to safer nicotine alternatives.

I’ve been a smoker for (coming up on) 30 years. I have attempted to quit, quite unsuccessfully I might add, numerous times in those years. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars undergoing these attempts, only to return to the habit in the end. Prescriptions have not worked, and yes, I’ve tried more than a few. Chantix made me physically ill, as did the inhaler. My use of patches resulted in rashes, complete with blistered skin. Wellbutrin only left me light-headed, doing absolutely nothing to curb the addiction. Even nicotine gums, lozenges and chews were a failure, amounting to nothing more than abdominal discomfort. I am a single mother with two children that depend entirely on me. Shortly after the birth of my oldest, 14 years ago, I was informed that I have COPD. After struggling continuously to beat this addiction, I have now been tobacco free for 27 days. I have also managed to reduce my nicotine use to a 3mg dose from the 9mg that I started with, and have already purchased 0mg juice for my next reduction step. The benefits are evident daily for me, especially in the active lifestyle being a single parent demands. Using Vaping products, there is no desire to return to traditional smoking, not even the slightest urge. I can taste food again, breathe without wheezing or coughing, not to mention keep up with my kids. My energy levels have greatly increased, as has my endurance (which was all but non-existent). I no longer have ashes and ashtray’s scattered around my house, or burn marks on clothing and furniture. I was even able to avoid contracting a chest infection that was going around at work (despite the COPD), something that has not happened in the ten years that I’ve worked in such a close knit environment. Beyond the physical benefits, as a single parent, more pointedly, there is the financial benefit. Currently, I spend roughly $13.00 a week on supplies, adding roughly $84.00 week ($336.00 a month) back to my families limited budget. This is without the use of insurance or co-pays, subsidies or any other form of assistance. Using this method, there is no added cost to the Insurance companies, or other tax-payers either. By regulating this industry in the manner that is planned, this option will no longer be viable for individuals like myself. After 30 years of trying virtually everything the medical profession has offered, this is the only line of products that has shown even the slightest sign of working.
