About RightToVape.org
Right To Vape is an international database and repository. It contains testimonials of adults who have switched from combustible and unsafe oral tobacco products to safer nicotine alternatives.

I started smoking cigarettes when I was 19. I didn’t mean to get addicted. It wasn’t supposed to become a habit. But I smoked for 10 years. I tried quitting at least once a year during that time. I tried cold turkey and couldn’t go more than 12 hours with a cigarette. I tried nicotine patches and gum but they made me nauseous. It wasn’t until a friend introduced me to vaporizers that I was able to quit. I did my own research on the tools and ingredients and companies. I made a conscious decision based on my research that vapor products were generally safer than cigarettes. I still use the same Kanger starter kit I bought 2.5 years ago. I had my last cigarette almost 2 years ago. I’ve been reducing the amount of nicotine in the products I use over time and now vape largely for pleasure and to deal with residual craving for cigarettes. Since quitting, I have started weight lifting 2x a week. I can run up stairs without feeling like I’m going to faint. My senses of taste and smell have improved significantly. I enjoy my food more, and because I can smell and taste properly, I enjoy healthier foods more than I did when I smoked. Literally everything about my life is better since quitting cigarettes.
