Smoking killed not only my mother, but my grandmother too. I can honestly say, I was on the same path. I tried the patch, it made me feel like I was having a heart attack. I tried the gum, I tried essential oils, I tried cold turkey and because of swallowing issues I could NOT try meds. Are people like me suppose to just keep smoking and die a very horrible, degrading, slow and painful death? When there is a much MUCH better solution?! Vaping May not be for everyone, but it’s what finally worked for me (and my husband, who used it to quit both smoking and chewing). I smoked from age 13.5 to age 34! When I quit (Jan 1st 2015) I was smoking up to 2.5-3 packs A DAY! I was always short of breath, constantly clearing my throat and getting sick a lot. Now, 1 year, 4 months and 13 days later. I can breathe just fine, I’m almost never sick and I only clear my throat when my allergies hit. I’m exercising, something I couldn’t do over a year ago. I couldn’t even take my trash to the curb without running out of breath, and now I can do focus T25. Please tell me how that’s bad. Vaping literally saved my life! I’ll be around to watch my kids and my grandkids grow. That’s not something my mother can say. She’s missing out on watching her only granddaughter grow up because of smoking.
