As i put in my petition to my congressperson if it wasnt for vaping id probaly still besucking on a cigarette coughing , choking and smelling like a dirty ashtrays just within the first week i could tell such a big difference. I slept better, didnt wake up eith the morning muscus cough up.ive been vaping almost 3yrs am down to 0.3mg starting at 18mg.i now make a 35ml bottle last over a week. Anyone who vapes nows thats probaly equal to maybe 3cigs. With only 3 chemicals not 4000. See i also stidied to be a substance abuse councelor so i knew i was killing myselve with cigarettes and still couldnt break the addiction til vaping .
