I smoked roll up for the past 30+ years I tried many times to give up using all the NRT products even went to the smoking sensation nurse but after a few week or month I had failed I tried the cig a likes and got on ok I then moved onto using mods ( e-cigs) with rebuild able tanks I liked it so much better than smoking that I have not smoked a real cigarette in 8 months
