I started smoking at the tender age of 15 and did not stop until I found the magical system of vaping I do not vape to blow smoke like some I vape to keep from smoking and killing myself and to live a longer life it has been a very easy system to stop smoking it works where nothing else has I have tried gum patches and going cold none of this worked but vaping did it right away i have been smoke free for 6 months and I love the ease that vaping has giving me I no longer cough all the time it has improved my health period.Oh just to add I smoked for 43 years
