Mods, Mech Mods, tube mods, and regulated mods My Story This is my story and how vaping has saved my life I used to be a pack a day or two packs a day smoker I have smoked for 4 years or 3 and each time I have tried many different ways of quitting smoking I have forced tried to quit I have tried the patches I have tried the gum I have tried every other way I did not actually know back then that there were actual life-saving Vapor products now as it stands I am now in to vaping I started vaping I think 2 years ago and I kept going in turn off from vaping to back to smoking then back to vaping at them back to smoking over and over and over again but after a while I completely shut myself off from cigarettes completely and I have been dating ever since I am vaping with a Uwell Crown tank on my RX 200 Regulated mod box with safe 3 18650 batteries That get charged correctly I am taking care of my mod my mod is not altered in any way shape or form but from the manufacturer that created it my tank is as is from the creators and before I even get brand new juices or even get juices for my vaping by always check for the ingredients Based upon the different retailers that sell these E Juices I make sure they are safe for me personally I check for reviews and how many people have tasted these juices or use these mods or used these tanks I have personally checked secured and make sure all of this was safe for my benefit this is basically my story in a nutshell thank you everyone for reading this I really hope we can save vaping products thank you so much I would formally like to set my statement based upon the regulations that the FDA has placed against life-saving Vapor Products of the year 2016. I am here to voice my opinion about the unfair advantage and unfair treatment that we are getting from the FDA I Kenneth Peterson is now 100% smoke free for exactly seven months as of writing this from 5/13/2016 I would formally like to write this letter in hopes that our voices can be heard to save life-saving Vapor Products and as well as I would like to put we need to support HR 2058 This will get our voices out to tell the FDA To change the predicate date for Vaping products The way the FDA is basically using their power to unjustifie and get rid of 99.9 percent of all vaping products life-saving vaping products this as it stands is very ridiculous as of my point of view they’re only doing this because the biggest tax product on the market right now is tobacco it is their biggest leading product to tax which is making the government more money and it seems that since they put this out because they do not care for our health they do not care whether we get sick from tobacco whether we get cancer from tobacco whether we get anything as long as they are getting their money from the taxes on Tobacco products vaping is not a tobacco product it is falsely accusing something that is actually saving people and keeping people out of danger I’m actually talking about the real vaping products I’m talking about one that I’ve actually been proven and tested personally by both the Creator and the retailer and to the sellers and to the buyers that is a perfect safe vaping experience now I can understand That the government wants to shut this down and get rid of vaping because it is screwing up the taxing against tobacco products butt this is my point of view also to the government itself not just to the FDA why don’t you tax vaping that’s my understanding on it we don’t care whether you tax vaping right now I’m going to read one of the things on here from the CASAA Page right now petition your legislator now to support HR 2058 the FDA deeming Authority clarification Act of 2015 HR 2058 introduced by representative Tom Cole of Oklahoma would save the US Paper industry from being decapitated by improper regulations by the FDA this bill would amend the food drug and cosmetic act to change them Predicate date for deemed tobacco products this change will allow for all paper products currently on the market to remain on the market without being subject to theburdensome Pre-market FDA approval application process Opinion the FDA is wrongly going against life-saving Vapors and vaping products because of taxing on tobacco products and wrongly accusing vaping as being a tobacco product there is no tobacco inside of a thing whatsoever so you cannot accuseVaping as being under tobacco it is something that does not exist you’re basically breaking your own system by fighting it ( Please note that this is my opinion and my opinion alone I do not wish to fight about this. But the FDA has risen all of us Vapors to act on this oblivious and untrue statements going and attacking vaping I know a lot of people will come at me and tell me that I’m wrong that they’re not attacking you and any way shape or form yes they are they are attacking us Vapors for wanting to quit smoking to enjoy something that we’d like the government wants to control us whether you like it or not That I am just voicing my opinion this is freedom of speech and I have every right to say this of my own accord now if I come back later and see that yes I may have misunderstood what I have said I will personally make a video on my YouTube channel looking at what I have said wrong and I shall correct them thank you for understanding )
